How it works...
- Select the frame(s) you’d like to have fitted with varifocal lenses
- For “order type” choose the “try-before-you-buy/varifocal” button. Ignore the lens and prescription information and add the frame to your shopping cart.
- Continue shopping until you have chosen up to 2 frames if required.
- Your cart will show you which frame(s) you’ve selected and the total order value.
- Proceed to the checkout.
- Select “try-before-you-buy/varifocal” (£19.99) as your shipping option.
- At the order confirmation/payment page you will be asked for a credit/debit card authorisation which we use to guarantee the full order value. No money will be debited from your account at this stage.
- When we ship your frame(s), marking kit and fitting guidelines we will debit £19.99 only.
- Please return the glasses to us no later than 7 days after you receive them or we will charge your card for the full value of the frames.
- We will confirm safe receipt of your package by email when it is received by us.
- Our lab manager will check the marked up lenses and information you provide and we will contact you to confirm the lens options which best meet your needs.
