Postage and Order Tracking
Second Class shipping is FREE on all UK orders. The prices you see in the shop are the price you pay at checkout. However, although we provide proof of posting, this method is uninsured. Our recommended method of shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail, 1st Class, "Signed For". This is a 1 or 2 day service which provides proof of sending and proof of receipt as well as insurance cover. This method can be chosen at point of checkout. As soon as we ship your order we will notify you by email and provide you with a Track and Trace number. Shipping outside the UK is by Royal Mail, "Signed For", International.
Shipping times outside the UK may vary and you should allow several days from notification of despatch.

Dispatch
When you place an order with us we begin to process that order immediately. If the frame and lenses required to fulfill your order are in stock we aim to have your order processed in our laboratory and dispatched to you within 7 working days beginning on the day after your order was received.

Because we aim to give you the largest possible choice of designer frames and the largest choice of lenses, coatings and tints, we cannot always guarantee to have all items in stock. If we anticipate a delay in dispatching your order which is likely to exceed 7 working days we will advise you of this and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend your order.

Occasionally frames are withdrawn from supply by our suppliers or are placed on back order. We will advise you immediately if this happens and give you the opportunity to cancel your order or make an alternative selection.


Packaging
All glasses are supplied with their own hard case and lens cloth. The case/s will be shipped in a Mail Lite envelope. In the event that you need to return your order please use the packaging your glasses were shipped in or similar. When returning an item to us, for whatever reason, it is your responsibility to apply the correct postage, insurance and obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting does not mean proof of receipt.
